What motivates you to live the best life: The human experience is such a mysterious and wild journey, and we are here for such a short amount of time within eternity. I want to taste, smell, feel, see everything that is here to be sensed. I believe that in order to ride these waves of life and fully open myself to witness all of the beauty I need to continuously nourish all the layers of myself; my body, my mind, my spirit so that I can interact from a place of equanimity and gratitude.
