Hey Ladies- Strength training doesn’t have to be intimidating.
Learn to Lift is a 6-week small-group workshop designed to bridge the gap between wanting to strength train and actually knowing how to do it.
Through hands-on coaching, movement breakdowns and practical education, you’ll learn the foundational skills you need to feel confident strength training—whether you’re at home, in a gym, or taking a group fitness class.
Throughout the series, we’ll cover foundational movement patterns, proper alignment and form, how to choose the right weights, and the fundamentals of building strength and muscle. You’ll also learn how reps, sets, tempo and progressive overload work together so you can understand why you’re doing what you’re doing—not just follow along with a workout.
We’ll take the guesswork out of strength training and give you practical tools you can continue using long after the series ends.
You’ll leave knowing how to:
Choose appropriate weights for your body and goals
Understand and perform foundational movement patterns
Improve alignment, form and technique
Understand reps, sets, tempo and training volume
Build muscle without the fear of “getting bulky”
Apply progressive overload to continue getting stronger
Modify exercises to work for your body
Build confidence training independently
This isn’t about lifting the heaviest weight or becoming a bodybuilder. It’s about understanding your body, building real strength, and developing skills that support you for life.
