Program Overview
This program consists of nine modules. The mentorship module and business module both have online components to them.
If you’re called to participate in certain modules and not the whole training you may sign up “a la carte” for the modules you’re interested in.
All nine modules are built to expand your range as a yoga teacher so that you can lead powerful transformative experiences for students who come to your classes, retreats, and workshops.
This 300 hour program is Yoga Alliance Certified.

Second chance pricing (until Aug 15): $5,250+HST
Regular pricing: $5,500+HST
A deposit of $600+HST is required to reserve your spot (non-refundable). A payment plan of 4 instalments can be arranged. The full amount of the training must be paid in full by October 1, 2026.

You’re welcome to join this program without a 200-hour training. If your goal is RYT-500 certification, a completed 200-hour training is required.

Each 25 hour module is done in person at Everlove in Collingwood, Ontario.
The weekend hours are:
Friday 6PM - 9PM
Saturday 10AM-5PM
Sunday 10AM-2PM
There are homework assignments done outside the class time (approximately 50 hours).
The mentorship module is the only hybrid module - with a portion online and in person.

Advanced Practice & Anatomy
July 9-11, 2027
This advanced practice and anatomy module deepens your understanding of complex sequencing, advanced asanas, and intelligent transitions. You’ll learn how to break down challenging postures, safely guide students into them, and apply functional anatomy to refine your cueing, hands-on assists, and class design—so you can teach with greater confidence, precision, and impact.
Embodied Breathwork
January 15-17, 2026
This embodied breathwork module explores powerful breathing techniques to support healing, restoration, and nervous-system balance. You’ll learn how to guide intentional breath practices, understand their physiological and emotional benefits, and use breath as a tool to regulate energy, release tension, and restore vitality—for yourself and your future students.
The Art of Adjustments
May 7-9, 2027
This hands-on adjustments module teaches you how to support your students safely and effectively through skilled touch. You’ll learn proper alignment principles, consent-based assists, and intuitive hands-on techniques to deepen poses, prevent injury, and enhance the student experience—so you can offer confident, trauma-informed, and impactful physical adjustments in your teaching.
Mentorship (hybrid)
June 11-13, 2027
This mentorship module offers personalized support to help you step fully into your voice and leadership as a teacher. You’ll receive direct feedback, refine your cueing and presence, and develop an empowered, authentic teaching style—so you leave the program feeling confident, clear, and truly ready to lead.
The Integrated Yogi
October 2-4, 2026
The Integrated Yogi is a deep dive into your own personal practice, purpose, and lived embodiment of yoga. You’ll design and follow a 40-day ritual to build consistency, clarity, and self-trust, while engaging in reflective practices that help you align more fully with your dharma. This module is about integration—bringing your values, your practice, and your life into harmony so you don’t just teach yoga, you live it.
Restorative Yoga
November 6-8, 2026
Restorative yoga is more than slowing down—it’s a powerful tool for nervous-system healing, emotional regulation, and deep restoration. In this module, you’ll learn how to skillfully design and lead restorative classes, understand the science behind rest and recovery, and create safe, trauma-informed spaces that support true renewal for your students.
The Business of Yoga (online)
February & March 2027
Teaching yoga is only half the work—building a sustainable, fulfilling business is the other. In this module, you’ll create your own complete yoga business plan, learn how to grow an engaged community, and design aligned income streams, all with personalized feedback to turn your vision into something real and sustainable.
Yoga Nidra
December 4-6, 2026
Yoga Nidra is a profound practice for deep rest, nervous-system reset, and subconscious re-patterning. In this module, you’ll learn how to guide powerful Nidra journeys, understand the brainwave science behind the practice, and create experiences that support healing, clarity, and lasting inner change for your students.
Embodiment in Practice
April 2-4, 2027
Yes you have a body but do you know it?! Like truly know it? This module teaches you how to understand, listen to, and truly hear the body as a source of intelligence. Through somatic practices and mindful movement, you’ll refine your felt-sense, move with more ease, and learn to guide students into safer, more embodied experiences.

Shirlee has been teaching yoga for over 2 decades. She has studied with some of the best yoga teachers and meditation teachers in the world. She holds an Anusara certification and teaches alignment based practices that connect right to the heart. Shirlee is a certified life coach and combines yoga and life coaching for greater awakening. She is the founder of Buddha Rider Yoga and Cycle studio that was in business for 14 years in Collingwood ON. Shirlee is deeply committed to living and helping others live a full authentic life. Every human deserves to take up space in this world!

Ariana has been leading retreats & programs for people to connect with the seat of their heart for years. She’s taught over 5,000 hours of yoga classes and completed over 2,000 hrs. worth of training with some world renowned teachers. She weaves together elements of coaching (Ariana is a CTI certified coach) along with yoga philosophy and movement to create a powerful embodied experience. She’s exuberant, rich in knowledge, playful and deep. Ariana is the co-founder of Everlove Healing & Yoga and a co-owner of hustl + flow. Ariana continues to learn new ways to meet her others where they’re at and make the teachings of yoga relevant to their day to day life.
