program overview

There comes a point where yoga is less about the physical practice of asana and yoga can be a practice that can be taken into every moment of every day. During this module you'll deepen your own relationship with how to infuse yoga into your life. You’ll meet your light and your shadows and learn how to hold them both with care.

You do not have to be 200 hour yoga teacher certified in order to take this training weekend. This course is perfect for anyone who wants to have a more intimate relationship with themselves.

Format: If you are a yoga teacher already this training can be used towards completing your Everlove 300 HR. certification.

Investment: $675 + HST (Payment plans available if needed, reach out if so)

This program is non-refundable.

Dates: March 14-16, 2025

  • Friday from 5 PM - 9 PM

  • Saturday from 10 AM - 8 PM

  • Sunday from 10 AM - 8 PM
