PRENATAL MASSAGE THERAPY

(WITH REGISTERED RMT)

A calming massage for a body doing big work. Your RMT tailors each session to you and your baby, using a pregnancy pillow for comfort and focusing on areas like lower back or sciatic pain if you need it. Techniques may include breathwork, warm towels, aromatherapy, kneading, stretching and gliding.
