Prenatal massage is a wellness massage done by a RMT designed specifically for the needs of mom and baby which includes the use of a massage pillow to ensure optimal comfort. The focus of the massage can be specific to areas of discomfort such as sciatic nerve pain or lower back pain. Either way you’ll leave feeling taken care of and relaxed.
