In this module, we will delve deep into the art of conscious breathing, exploring various pranayama techniques that unlock new dimensions of expansion within ourselves and our teaching. You will gain insights into the intricate connection between breath and consciousness through dynamic breathwork exercises, discovering how intentional breathing can expand the lungs, mind, and spirit.

Format: If you are a yoga teacher already this training can be used towards completing your Everlove 300 HR. certification.

Investment: $675 + HST (Payment plans available if needed, reach out if so)

This program is non-refundable.
