Note: All classes are open to all people; you’re free to try any class and to take it at your own pace.
These classes are a way for you to meet yourself where you’re at on any given day; remember that what you’re
feeling like on Monday might not be the same as what you need on Wednesday.

 

FLOW

 

FLOW

Fluid, dynamic, heat building, expansive, welcoming & energizing.

Your mat is always waiting for you.

In a flow class you will explore both the strength in your body while also finding new limits to which your body can move and expand.

This class collides movement with breath through a series of postures strung together seamlessly.

Each teacher will have their own unique spin for you to try and learn from.

If hot flow: temperature will range from 100 - 105 degrees F.

INTERMEDIATE FLOW

Fluid, dynamic, heat building, expansive, exciting.

Want to grow your practice? This class is for you! Offering options for you to take your practice to a whole new level.

This class is for the movers that want to grow their practice and can include more complex transitions and asanas (including arm balances, backbends, and inversions). 

HATHA

Steady, focused, strong, challenging, traditional

Hatha classes are the perfect place for you to meet yourself where you are. Postures are held steadily as you ease into the movement through breath and focus.

This class promotes balance, focus, strength, flexibility, and stillness in the mind.

 
 

STRENGTH & MOBILITY

Mobility focused, functional, strong, intentional.

This is where mobility meets strength. Expand the potential of movement in your body. Your ability to experience more comfort and to unlock ease of movement is dependent on your mobility.

STRENGTH CIRCUIT

Sweaty, strong, focused, functional, progressive, fun.

Strong in your body . . . strong in your mind! This class will train your mind and body.

This programming is masterfully put together to build lasting strength in your body through functional movement, body weight exercises, strength movements using weights (10-30 lbs.) and bands. Stick to the program and you’ll start to see shifts!

If we’re in the everlove outdoor playground we’re using battle ropes, trx bands, and more!

 

LEGS, BOOTY, CORE

Burn, toning, low intensity, functional.

This small muscle group workout will have your peach on fire!

Join us for this circuit classes that will sculpt your body in all the right places. We focus on your lower body with bands and light weights.

PILATES

Strength, length, core, fun, controlled, high vibes

This is the practice that will connect you with your core.

This full body movement practice will work your strength, mobility, flexibility, balance and coordination – and is great for injury prevention.

Pilates is a great way to gain body awareness and challenge yourself at the same time.

 
 

HIGH INTENSITY

This is where your workout meets your yoga mat! This high intensity class is meant to get the heart rate up and the sweat dripping.

This full body workout has high intensity intervals along with strength based movements.

THE SPEED CIRCUIT

Exciting, freeing, fast paced, explosive

Join us for a circuit class that combines running and strength training!

This is were speed meets strength, bring your runners. Breathe fresh air, together we will spend 25 minutes doing running intervals and 25 minutes of functional strength training. This is the perfect mix of cardio and weights to increase your metabolic function.

THE SURGE

High vibe, steady paced, strong, dynamic, fluid.

This is a strength based flow class connecting mind, body and spirit. This class is here to test you.

The weights you choose will change everything.

RESTORE

 

SLOW FLOW

Deep stretching, relaxing, down regulating, sweet, slow.

This class is all about melting.

When you think of slow flow think of mindful gentle movements with little effort – this class is about restoring your nervous system.

This class is a perfect compliment to skiing, running, biking, or strength workouts; to ensure your muscles and joints stay healthy.

RESTORATIVE

Healing, mindful, zen, quiet, contemplative, deep, restful.

If you want to learn the art of “doing nothing” then restorative can be your new best friend.

During this class props will be used to support your body in all the right places and all the right ways.

In this practice we invite you to feel nourished as we re-teach your nervous system how to experience deep rest and relaxation.

THE UNWIND

Introspective, intentional, slow, release, fascia focused.

Think massage meets movement.

This class uses massage balls, long holds, deep stretching and straps to calm the nervous system and offer support in every shape.

This class is both delightful and nourishing.
