Reiki is a natural healing using universal life force energy through the hands to gently dissolve, release, and shift energies that have become blocked, stagnant, underactive, or overactive. This is an extremely relaxing treatment using light touch and working in your aura to bring you into alignment with your soul’s authentic frequency.

Jenn helps tune the Chakras which are energy centers along the body. Each chakra corresponds to different physical, emotional, and spiritual being. As we experience life circumstances such as trauma, grief, anxiety, and daily stress our chakras and energy can become out of alignment which leads to feeling unwell.

In each session Jenn uses her intuitive gifts to select essential oils and crystals specifically for you to deepen your healing.

But more importantly spirit likes to talk about you and your family, share things that you have been doing or thinking about since they passed. This is how your loved ones validate they are still with you. Your loved ones will bring you guidance and words of wisdom to help you move forward, knowing that they are at peace.

This service begins by enjoying the deep healing and relaxation of Reiki & Chakra Balance (description above) followed by receiving messages and insight as it connects to the healing focus and direction of your life.

Jenn uses her gifts to connect with your higher self and energetic imprints to gain insight into what is causing blocks in your life and see what your subconscious mind is holding on to. She will help identify the origin and triggers of your habits/patterns/beliefs that are preventing you from living your fullest and happiest, balanced life.

Together with your 'divine team' of helpers we will dig deep and begin to loosen the grip of past trauma and circumstances so you can feel more in alignment and gain helpful insight, direction, and validations to help guide you forward.

Jenn will provide you with invaluable guidance, tools and homework that can be used beyond this session.
