Baby & Me Strong is a 10 week postnatal strength class designed to help moms safely rebuild their core, stability, and full-body strength—while bonding with their babies. This class focuses on functional movements with modifications to meet you exactly where you are in your recovery.
Babies are welcome to join you on the mat—whether they’re snuggled in a carrier, hanging out on a blanket, or giggling nearby as you move. Our supportive, empowering environment allows you to care for your little one while also caring for yourself.
Come as you are, connect with other moms, and leave feeling stronger, more energized, and more confident in your body.
We meet weekly on Tuesdays at 11am-12pm.
This series runs Tuesday March 31st to Tuesday June 2nd.
