Where does rest and deep relaxation fit in your life?
Does it fall last on your list of to-dos—after everything else and everyone else is taken care of?
What if rest were a priority?
What if rest didn’t have to be earned?
What if rest was your right?
We shall rest, together.
Because there is something ancient and deeply resourcing about resting in community—
for remembering what has been forgotten,
for being held gently in relative safety,
for nervous system co-regulation with other women committed to putting their rest first.
If you’re even a little rest-curious, you’re warmly invited.
And if rest already comes easily to you—you’re welcome too.
Your rest supports the rest of others.
Join Disa for an evening of collective rest practice among women and femmes, grounded in Yoga Nidra, somatic awareness, and nervous-system–informed care.
The evening begins in a gentle women’s circle to arrive and settle, followed by 45–50 minutes of deeply supported somatic Yoga Nidra—a conscious rest practice that allows the body to enter a sleep-like state while the mind remains softly aware. Breath awareness, body sensing, imagery, and subtle options for movement support nervous system regulation and the release of held tension. We’ll conclude with quiet journaling and an optional sharing circle, where you’re welcome to speak, listen, or simply be witnessed.
Come as you are, with a mat and in your comfiest clothes.
Leave more resourced and more at home in yourself.
