Reiki Level 1 Certification Course
February 3 & 4
This training takes place over a two-day weekend in which you will receive an attunement to the First Degree of Usui Ryoho Reiki. This is a time of setting intentions and deepening your relationship to personal and spiritual evolution through ceremony.

Anyone and everyone!
This training is for folks who have heard about Reiki before, and folks who have no idea what Reiki is.
For anyone looking to broaden their knowledge and practice of energy resourcing, self-care, relationship to their own wellness, meditation, and the subtle and powerful world of chi – life force energy.
This training is for those who are in the healthcare, wellness, movement, nutrition, counselling, coaching, service-oriented fields (and anyone else!) who are seeking to learn more ways to support both themselves and the people they serve in their respective practices.
This training is for folks who feel a curiosity and openness to explore the world of healing, personal transformation, and their soul’s growth.

We’re going to cozy up near the lakes and the mountains in Collingwood, Ontario (close to the Blue Mountains). All sessions will be hosted at Everlove (136 St Paul St. Collingwood).

$400 + HST (includes the full training, manual, certificate, and a nourishing snack)

What you’ll learn:
Day 1:
Set intentions for the day
Origins and foundations of Reiki
Learn what Reiki is used for
Guiding principles of working with and maintaining healthy energetic boundaries
Empowerment ceremony where students will receive the symbols of the First Degree
Chakra balancing meditation
Dive deep into Self healing through Reiki
Day 2:
Set intentions for the day
Self healing techniques
Work with your classmates to have hands on practice and exchanges
With with Jenn to understand the process
Learn the language of energy
Learn tips and techniques that Jen has developed over the past decade
Answer any and all questions you have
This level is more about self healing, though the skills gained will empower you to share Reiki with anyone once you have received the attunement, and you will become certified as a Reiki Practitioner in the First Degree. Reiki is the best tool that you will have in your first aid kit, and you will always have it with you! We will explore the subtle energy systems of the body and understand what affects our personal chi, and how to reconnect you to the universal life force energy grid.
Note: Reiki Classes count as a continuing education credit for many modalities, such as RMT
