It is our entanglement within one another where healing lives.

It is through seeing and being seen where we can remember that we are not in this alone.

And while the woman to the left and the right of us might have different life stories there is a thread of human kind that connects us all together.

It’s said that loneliness kills. We do not have to do life alone. In its celebratory moments but also in its tender moments.

Come to this circle just as you are. Give what you can. Take what you need. And leave the rest behind.

Circle sessions:

  • Tuesday 9:30AM circle with Disa (now open for registration!)

  • Thursday 9:30AM circle with Ariana (waitlisted)

  • These circles were birthed out of seeing the healing and uplift that came from the mens circles.

    Each circle has 8-10 seats.

    We meet once a week to connect to first ourselves, and the to also see more parts of ourselves through one another.

    Every season is 12 weeks long.

    These gatherings are a time to know yourself more deeply and also to be in community of other women who are on a journey of living a conscious life.

  • 60-minute sessions once per week

    • Tuesdays 9:30AM with Disa

    • Thursdays 9:30AM with Ariana

  • Each woman will come to the circle for a different personal reason, but show up as you are and whatever you need will be there waiting for you.

    You will become more confident.

    You will become more expressed.

    You will become a higher evolved version of yourself.

    You will become a more conscious human.

    You will become both tender and strong.

    You will rise.

  • Sliding scale:

    • Supported - $150+HST (discounted, partially funded by another)

    • Sustained - $250+HST (full cost, providing for yourself)

    • Supporter - $350+HST (providing scholarship, to help fund others)

Ariana Novak

Thursday 9:30AM

  • Most of us feel most alive when we’re connected to other women around us. When we feel like we can be ourselves and speak our truth, where we feel like we can be loved up for the ever changing beings we are.

    This circle is not an advice circle. This circle will be a truth circle; where we can stand in all that we are and be in the practice of being seen. One of the biggest things that women struggle with is not second guessing who we are or needing validation for the decisions we make.

    Let this circle be your sounding board so that you can go out into your life and shine so bright.

    Topics: Your habits and patterns, your relationships, your beliefs, your dreams, your shadows.

Disa Almeida

Tuesday 9:30AM

  • Disa holds a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with a focus on community, women, sexuality, and family.  She is expanding her trauma-informed expertise with additional training in Somatic Attachment Therapy, Somatic Stress Release, Somatic Body Work, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and is on the path to becoming a certified Mind Body Coach and Somatic Body Worker.  She believes the body is a portal to wisdom and healing, offering guidance toward transformation and possibility.  A Latina born to immigrant parents and raised in Canada, Disa brings a pragmatic yet nurturing presence shaped by her work as a former social worker, entrepreneur, community volunteer, parent of three, long-term partnership, and her own experience of chronic pain.  She finds joy in Yoga, cooking for loved ones, dancing in her kitchen, stargazing and dreaming of our collective liberation.

  • We gather as women always have — to share, to support, to remember.

    In a world of noise and false connection, we create a sacred space to slow down, to feel and be felt,
    to listen and be heard.

    Through ritual, practice, and presence, we reconnect with our wisdom, we heal by being witnessed,
    we remember we are not alone.
