Yoga Philosophy Training

with Hayley Weiner - March 14-16, 2025

program overview

Yoga comes from the Sanskrit "Yuj", which means to yolk or to unite. It is a multifaceted practice that reaches far beyond the four corners of our mat. It’s long and rich history is filled with wisdom, stories, deities, and powerful metaphors that apply to all aspects of life, making yoga not just a physical practice but a lifestyle, a philosophy we can use to help us better navigate ourworld. Many of us come to this practice for the physical benefits but end up staying and digging deeper because of the wisdom that slowly permeates into our every experience, evolving the lens through which we see ourselves and the world around us. Join us for this 25 hour Continuing Education course as we delve into some of these ancient texts and stories and discover the true meaning of living yoga off the mat.

You do not have to be a 200 hour yoga accredited teacher to take this program.

Hayley Weiner, Program Director

  • Throughout my yoga career I have travelled back to India 4 times to both study and teach in the fertile lands where Yoga was born. Just as I have been fortunate enough to gift my learned wisdom and knowledge to others, I have in turn been gifted so much richness in my yoga practice as I continue to explore the deep wisdom that exists behind the physical practice. Throughout my time in India, and my entire yoga journey, I have spent years studying, learning, and integrating this knowledge into my life and personally experienced the profound impacts of what it means to truly live Yoga. I cannot imagine my life without this philosophy. It has become fundamental to the way I think and approach everything in my life, and I can't wait to share some of these teachings with you, so you can experience the limitless joy, peace, and gratitude of Yoga.
